Artistic Mfg. produces the silvertone aluminum communion cup tray base with a permanent, polished finish. You should never need to polish this communion tray base. Simply a damp cloth should be used to clean the surface.

Silvertone aluminum is a richly anodized finish that will never tarnish and requires no polishing. Do not use abrasive cleaners or polishes on this item. It resembles real silver so closely that they will match other appointments. They can be washed in mild, warm soapy water, but MUST NOT be washed in strong detergent. Dry immediately after use. Waxes, such as "Pledge" may be used to aid in future cleaning. NEVER put this item in a dishwasher or use any abrasive cleaner or metal polish.

Artistic will repair free of charge or replace any item returned within two years (five years for Brasstone and Silvertone Communion Ware and Offering Plates) from the date of purchase provided the defect in the merchandise is the result of faulty workmanship or material. We cannot be responsible for damage due to improper care, maintenance or shipping.

This item can be returned to ChurchPartner as long as it has not been used and is in its original packaging. All returns must be shipped back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All damaged products must be reported within 7 days of receipt. You are responsible for all shipping costs back to our warehouse unless the product was damaged in shipping. Please call us at 800-572-0550 and receive a Return Authorization number to ensure proper credit for the returned item. All credits will be distributed in the same manner that they were originally charged (i.e., credit card credits will be made to the same credit card used for purchase). All credits, with the exception of damaged items, will be for the product cost only, and will not include original shipping charges. Items must be received in resalable condition for credits to be issued. Items damaged during shipping back to our warehouse are the responsibility of the sender and, therefore, you are required to contact the shipping company and settle any disputes. Items returned without a Return Authorization number can be delayed in processing and credits might take 30 days or longer to process.
