- Warranty - Bertolini Sanctuary Chairs – Structural warranty on the frame is (25) years; upholstery (fabric and seat/backrest inserts) warranty is for (5) years. We guarantee our foam will not break down more than 10% and that it will maintain a minimum of 90% of its original shape at the time of purchase. Foam warranties vary by model as follows:
