This product can be returned to the manufacturer with the following conditions:

1. A Return Authorization number MUST be requested and attached to the product when returned. Please call 1-800-572-0550 x217 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
2. It must be returned in the original packaging and be free of any defects, markings, or scratches when inspected at the warehouse.
3. Return freight is the responsibilty of the person or organizaiton making the return. We strongly recommend that you insure the product in case the carrier mishandles it.
4. A restocking fee of 25% of the price paid for the product will be deducted from your final credit.
5. All credits will be issued the exact way the original payment was made (i.e credits will apply to the credit card used for the purchase)
