For returns, simply contact our customer service center to receive a return authorization number. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation as we are not liable for returned packages until they are verified to be in our possession. Used and fully assembled items cannot be returned. We will provide you with the return procedure and address to send the product back to the manufacturer. Note: the return shipping charge is your responsibility.
If for any reason you decide not to assemble this product, contact the Customer Service Department to arrange a return within 60 days of date of invoice for credit consideration. Merchandise should be returned in new condition and in the original box(es) as received. We will supply you with the appropriate paperwork that must be included with your return to ensure a prompt and accurate credit. Upon receipt of return, the manufacturer will inspect your return to ensure that it abides by their return policy. If your return is in good order, the credit card and card number used to purchase your merchandise will be credited. Any credit will be less the original shipping charges. This process can take up to 4 weeks after the manufacturer receives your return. All returns received that do not abide by their return policy will be held until the customer sends the manufacturer a prepaid label to return the merchandise to them. This typically applies to used merchandise.
If delivery of the product has been refused due to damage during transit, please contact ChurchPartner immediately to arrange for a replacement.
